How come the price is so low? +
In contrast to our competitors, we do not charge any usage fees or impose any limits. We offer a pure javascript solution that runs in the browser and hence we can keep our costs low. There are no servers to maintain and no data to store.
Can I use it in more than one products? +
Yes, our plans include unlimited imports for unlimited products and websites. You are entitled also for updates and support for the duration of your subscription. The only thing we ask is that you do not give your access token to anyone else or resell our products.
Can I try the package before buying it? +
Yes, of course. You can install the tester package for free!
Where can I download the package? +
Once you proceed to a purchase, you will receive an email including the access token to our private NPM registry. You can install the package directly via npm or yarn.
Can you access the files uploaded by my customers? +
No, in fact we can't even see the data you or your end-users upload. All operations are performed locally in the browser, and the data goes directly to your server.
What happens when I cancel my subscription? +
When you cancel your subscription you may continue to use your current version of importOK for life, but will receive no further updates or support after the yearly term has ended.
